All three tiers cover gutter cleaning. The differences are which add-ons come baked into the tier price. Basic starts at $200/visit and covers gutter cleaning — you can opt in to Roof blow-off (+$85) and Zinc strip install (+$60). Plus runs $285/visit and bundles gutter cleaning with Roof blow-off and Zinc strip install, with Soft wash available as a +$120 add-on. Premium runs $405/visit and rolls in everything — gutter cleaning, Roof blow-off, Zinc strip install, and Soft wash — with nothing left to add. Tier prices shown are base per-visit figures. The /estimate configurator applies the 5% monthly loyalty, 15% 2+ add-on bundle, and 10% annual-prepay modifiers to your actual per-visit total.
Cancel any time — no penalty, no cancellation fee, no runaround. Send an email or give us a quick call and we stop the renewal before the next billing cycle. If you prepaid annually and cancel with unused visits remaining, we pro-rate the refund on the unused portion. One conversation is all it takes.
PNW rain doesn’t cancel maintenance visits — it just changes the timing. We reschedule most rain-affected visits within 3 business days at no charge. If conditions are unsafe the morning of (high winds, freezing rain, lightning), we call or text before we’re on the road so you’re not waiting around. If your home’s needs shift with the season — for example you realize monthly visits make more sense after a hard winter — you can re-run the /estimate configurator and switch tiers without penalty.
Default billing is per visit — no card on file required, no auto-bill. Three modifiers reduce the per-visit figure. Monthly frequency earns a 5% loyalty shave on the tier price. A bundle of 2 or more add-on services knocks another 15% off. Annual prepay takes a further 10% off the final per-visit figure. Auto-bill only kicks in if you choose annual prepay — for per-visit plans we invoice after each completed visit and you pay the way you prefer.
The 10% cash discount you see on every pricing card applies to a-la-carte services and installation jobs — not to subscription bundle visits. We don’t stack the cash 10% on top of the bundle or annual-prepay savings because the configurator already runs those through automatically. The straightforward version: subscription visits settle per the plan cadence; one-off installations and cleanings are where you save 10% paying cash on the day of service.
