Weather damage, acts of nature, and pre-existing structural issues aren't covered — those are insurance matters. The plan covers routine wear: leaks, clogs, loose joints, minor re-sealing.

Your first service visit is scheduled within 2–4 weeks of signup. Renewal runs annually from that first visit — not from the purchase date.
