Check every section for cracks, corrosion, loose joints, and proper slope. We photograph problem areas so you can see what we see.
Hand-scoop and flush all debris — needles, leaves, moss fragments. No power washer that can damage the finish. Clean gutters flow the way they're supposed to.
Downspouts are tested for blockages and cleared end-to-end. If a clog can't be cleared from the ground, we'll tell you before we're on the roof.
Any leaky joints get re-sealed. We use industrial-grade gutter sealant — not hardware-store cheap stuff that fails in a season.
After every visit, you'll get a brief summary: what we found, what we fixed, and whether anything needs attention before the next season.
If a problem we identified during your service visit causes a failure before your next scheduled visit, we'll come fix it at no charge. No arguing. No fine print.
